Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop complex financial models to assess project viability, investment returns, and market trends.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis to explain deviations from financial targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- CFA or CPA certification is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
