Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Streamline financial processes and internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Present complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or FP&A.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful narratives.
