Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
