Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for multiple business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic initiatives and financial models.
- Support external audit requirements and internal control implementation.
- Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
