Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning and long-term growth strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budget processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in external audits and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
