Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate capital projects and assess their impact on the P&L.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Assist in external and internal audit requirements by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Present financial data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or investment banking.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
