Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain the annual operating budget, forecasting models, and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support capital budgeting, M&A activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Present financial data and strategic recommendations to the executive board and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or a related role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
