Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify key business trends and risks through rigorous data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage complex financial projects, including M&A due diligence and capital budgeting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Present complex financial data to non-financial audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
