Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly reports for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and capital allocation decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial audits and regulatory filings.
- Research market trends and competitive landscape to inform long-term business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CFE, CFA, or CPA designation is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
