Responsibilities
- Spearhead complex financial modeling and forecasting to support long-term strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and internal performance data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and oversee monthly variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Present financial reports and executive summaries to the Board of Directors and stakeholders with high clarity.
- Develop robust KPI dashboards to monitor key business metrics in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) qualification or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros.
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
