Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate projections that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to support M&A activities, capital investments, and scenario planning.
- Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare high-level monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial audiences.
