Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts for multiple business units.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop complex, dynamic financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
