Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with high accuracy and strict adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify operational risks, cost-saving opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Strategy) to support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Present complex financial data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in clear, concise, and actionable formats.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and external audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or Power BI).
- Chartered Accountant (ACA), CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
