Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build complex financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A) to support transaction valuation and investment decisions.
- Transaction Execution: Assist in the end-to-end process of M&A deals, including due diligence, drafting offering memorandums, and facilitating negotiations.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry analysis and competitive landscape assessments to identify strategic opportunities for clients.
- Presentation Development: Create high-impact pitch decks and presentation materials for C-suite executives and board meetings.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and strategic summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial data and reports adhere to regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a top-tier consulting firm.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software; experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
