Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A transactions, and forecasting.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial statement analysis and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Assist in the structuring of financing solutions and capital allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA designation is a strong plus).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods (DCF, DDM, Comps), and M&A processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
