Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare accurate and timely presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
