Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle, including monthly variance analysis and quarterly forecasting.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital allocation, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and C-suite executives to influence business direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in market performance.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial reporting systems and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
