Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare high-level variance analysis reports to explain deviations between actual results and budgets/forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Present financial data to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and improve internal reporting systems and dashboards using BI tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CFA, or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
