We are currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team in London. The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes, partnering with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and robust budgeting. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for data and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital investment.
- Prepare and present high-level financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
