Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles with precision.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Develop complex financial models to support business case evaluations and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in M&A due diligence and financial modeling for potential acquisitions.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
