- Reporting: Create executive-level presentations and interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key financial metrics to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring strict alignment with company strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and database query languages (SQL) is required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-financial audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
