Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to support corporate strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with a focus on variance analysis and KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to develop comprehensive operating budgets and forecasts.
- Perform deep-dive research into market trends and competitor benchmarking to inform executive decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial workflows.
- Oversee the integration of capital allocation strategies across international business units.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for financial reporting and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Exceptional ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, executive-level summaries.
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and corporate tax regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
