Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A activities and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and assess macroeconomic impacts on the firm's investment portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-level financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert proficiency in advanced financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
