Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles, ensuring precision in reporting and forecasting.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate new market opportunities and potential M&A activities.
- Partner with department heads to manage OpEx budgets and identify significant cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level summaries that drive decision-making.
- Oversee the integration of advanced BI tools to automate routine reporting and enhance data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA/CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, complex modeling) and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and navigating GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with an uncompromising attention to detail and data integrity.
