Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic investment decisions and long-term business planning.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and provide actionable commentary to the CFO and senior stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows through automation and advanced tool implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on fiscal goals and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Present high-level financial performance metrics to institutional investors and executive board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Proven track record of managing large, complex datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
