Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends, operational risks, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A, and business cases.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve overall profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate accounting policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear business strategies.
- Proven ability to thrive and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
