Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic long-term planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue drivers.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations for Board of Directors meetings.
- Implement automation tools to streamline reporting workflows and improve data integrity.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive summaries.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA candidate highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
