Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning and strategic forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve budgeting processes and resource allocation.
- Present financial data and insights to senior leadership and board members in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk assessment, and corporate finance principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
