Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement best practices to enhance accuracy and speed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP and internal regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification: CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
