Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data and present findings to the executive committee.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
