Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly financial close process, including variance analysis and executive reporting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into business performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and board members.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate accounting policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) and financial ERP systems.
- CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
