Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets and strategic financial plans.
- Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business trends to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
