Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for key business units.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare high-level financial reports and presentations for the executive leadership team.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or FP&A.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
