Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles for key business units.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital planning.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health and growth trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
