Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for capital budgeting and revenue forecasting.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
