Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and scenario planning
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for 20+ portfolio companies
- Prepare investor presentations and quarterly earnings reports for board meetings
- Optimize working capital strategies to enhance portfolio company profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence and risk assessment
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or PE
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, Power BI, and financial software
- Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis)
- Experience managing FP&A cycles and investor communications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
