Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for M&A transactions and investment portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and budgetary frameworks aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth market research and due diligence on emerging sectors and target companies
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership and investment committees
- Optimize capital allocation strategies and risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CPA/CFA designation required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and SQL databases
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong track record of presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
