Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to recommend actionable business strategies.
- Streamline accounting processes and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and treasury teams to drive financial health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
