Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Develop strategic financial forecasts and scenario analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Design and implement risk assessment frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA)
- Present complex financial insights to executive stakeholders through executive dashboards and reports
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accuracy in financial documentation and audit trails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulatory frameworks
