Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to produce comprehensive quarterly/annual reports
- Develop sophisticated financial models for risk assessment, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate M&A opportunities and investment performance
- Design and implement dashboard solutions using Power BI/Tableau for real-time financial monitoring
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining compliance with SEC, GAAP, and Basel III regulations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level executives
- Strong Python/SQL capabilities for financial data analysis and automation
