Responsibilities

- Conduct variance analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to drive cost-optimization and revenue growth initiatives.
- Prepare high-level executive summaries and board-ready presentation materials.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with precision and accuracy.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and perform comprehensive ROI assessments.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to inform internal fiscal strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Deep understanding of GAAP and complex financial statement analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into narrative insights.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred.
