Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Perform variance analysis to track performance against KPIs and identify trends for executive review.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and improve profit margins.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for board meetings and investor relations.
- Manage ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by the CFO.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial planning & analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-growth environment.
