Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify financial performance drivers and potential risks.
- Lead quarterly forecasting cycles and annual budgeting processes for multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Prepare comprehensive board-level presentations, delivering key insights into market trends and ROI.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through rigorous due diligence and valuation methodologies.
- Continuously improve data visualization reporting to enhance transparency and decision speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA charter preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps).
- Strong command of financial software such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or SAP.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
