Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and new market entry strategies
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to track KPIs across 15+ global business units
- Collaborate with investment teams to conduct scenario planning and stress testing for portfolio companies
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through executive-level reporting and presentations
- Optimize working capital strategies while maintaining compliance with SOX and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured career development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an AACSB-accredited institution
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- CFA Charterholder or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with trading, operations, and compliance teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with emerging market risk assessment and regulatory compliance frameworks
