Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital expenditure decisions.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role within the financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
