Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows with high accuracy.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and executive management.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance data integrity.
- Risk Management: Assist in the assessment of financial risks and the development of mitigation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros), SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or CFA Level I/II candidate is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
