Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Lead the budgeting and variance analysis processes, identifying key drivers of performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and recommend operational improvements.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess impact on business performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders.
