Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning

- Collaborate with portfolio managers to assess financial performance and strategic initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
