Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with variance analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation, and integration planning
- Automate financial processes using ERP systems and advanced Excel techniques
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Experience in public company reporting (SEC filings) and compliance frameworks
