Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial close processes with zero material errors
- Analyze variance reports and deliver actionable insights to C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain rolling 18-month financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Automate financial workflows using Power BI and Alteryx
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA designation required
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in complex financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and regulatory reporting
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
